Shipping Estimates and Guidelines:

Business Days means Monday to Friday. They do not include weekends or holidays.
UPS follows the same guidelines as us, and they consider Business days to be
Monday to Friday, not weekends, and holidays.

NO COD's! We don't do it, so do not ask for it!


Shipping Guarantees

We cannot guarantee that packages that are ordered the same day, will be shipped
out the same day. However, most of the time, if you put your order in before
1200 PM EST on a business day, it will usually ship out that business day.
Remember that the word USUALLY is the key word, not ALWAYS. If you call before
1200 PM EST and put in the order, chances are better that they will leave that
day, but again, we cannot guarantee that they leave that day even if you do
call. However, when you do call, we can give you a better estimate on the
timeframe. If you order the part Friday after 1200 PM EST, order it on a
Saturday or Sunday, don't expect the part to go out until Monday. Most normal
businesses are not open on the weekends, nor do they ship out during the
weekends, and we follow this general rule. So no shipments go out after 1200 PM
EST on Friday, until the following Monday, or the day after the holiday. You
also acknowledge that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to
failure on your part to be available to receive the order. Once the package
leaves our facility, it is out of our control, and in UPS's hands, not ours.


New Aftermarket Parts

Most new aftermarket parts are available in stock. However sometimes they are
not, and we have to order them from our distributor. It takes 3-4 days for the
parts to arrive to our facility, and after they arrive in our facility they ship
out to you. So if you are ordering new parts, please use the UPS delivery time
map below, and add 3-4 days on top of the estimated delivery time. If the parts
are on backorder, we attempt to get an estimate on the timeframe, and notify you
about how long it will take. Most of the time however, we usually cancel the
order if it is on backorder and notify you about it, as most backorders take
longer then 2-4 weeks to get in stock. If you need the parts before a certain
date, please call us before hand to check availability. If you do not, please
assume they are not in stock, and will take 3-4 days before they can arrive to
us, and before we can ship them out to you. Please be aware that backordered
parts may take however long they take to be sent out, and we cannot give you any
firm shipment times if parts are on backorder.


Expediated Shipping

If you need your part before a certain date, then you should call us in order to
check for availability and delivery schedules, especially if you want a Next Day
or 2nd Day Air shipment. If you call us before 1200 PM EST, and you want a part
Next Day, or 2nd Day Air shipment, they will leave that day, if they are in
stock, and barring any unforseen circumstances. If we cannot get them out that
day, we will usually call and leave a message in regards to it. Please be aware
that Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipments are expensive, and not cheap. Do not
expect to pay 10 extra dollars for shipping and expect it to be a Next Day Air
shipment. Next Day Air shipments tend to be 50 dollars and up depending on
package weight. 2nd Day Air shipments tend to be 30 dollars and up, depending on
size. This is a rough estimate, please do not call asking for 50 dollar Next Day
air because we said it might be 50 dollars here, because it maybe more then 50.
Do not ask for expediated shipping if you are not willing to pay the extra
money, we are not willing to split, or haggle with shipping prices for Next Day
or 2nd Day air. Please be aware, that all expediated shipping prices are
non-refundable. Should there be a return on a item, we will refund the price of
the part, minus any restocking fees, but we will not refund the shipping costs
on a Next Day or 2nd Day Air part. Again, there are no guarantees with the
delivery dates and times, even for expediated shipping, however out of the many
packages we have sent we only have had a problem with less then 1% of them. We
cannot account for acts of god or any other problems after the package has left
our facility, because those things are out of our control. Expedited shipping
times maybe different for customers in Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii.


Saturday Deliveries

If you wish to have an order delivered on Saturday, it has to be sent via Next
Day Air, and on a Friday. Saturday delivery is not available in all locations,
so please call before you place a Saturday delivery to ensure if it is
available. Please be aware there is an extra charge for Saturday delivery, on
top of the charge for Next Day Air. Please do not ask for Saturday Deliveries if
you are not willing to pay for the expensive shipping charges.


Oversize Packages

UPS charges us an oversize package fee, if a package exceeds a certain
dimension. If your package exceeds a certain dimension when we package it, we
will contact you about the extra charges for the shipment, before we ship it. We
are not willing to to negotiate with oversize package fees in anyway. UPS
charges us for it, so we are going to pass the charges on to you. Below is a
rough guide on oversize packages.

Large Package/Oversize 1

A Large Package is a parcel where the length + girth is over 84" and less than
or equal to 108". Length is the longest side of a package. Girth is the distance
if you wrapped a string around the 2 smaller sides of a package.

Very Large Package/Oversize 2

An Oversized Package is a parcel where the length + girth is over 108" and less
than or equal to 130". Length is the longest side of a package. Girth is the
distance if you wrapped a string around the 2 smaller sides of a package.

Extra Large Package/Oversize 3

An Oversized 3 Package is a parcel where the length + girth is over 130" and
less than or equal to 165". Length is the longest side of a package. Girth is
the distance if you wrapped a string around the 2 smaller sides of a package.


International Orders

International customers order at their own risk. We are unable to obtain
insurance for shipments to most countries, nor are we are able to track
shipments, or to retrieve shipments seized by customs. Shipping dates with
international orders are not guaranteed. Shipments take as long as they must
take due to customs in most countries, and we are not liable for how long they
take, or if they are lost. Please be aware that you are also responsible for
payment of all customs fees in your country as we do not include these fees into
the shipping costs.
