|Parts that are sold on an exchange basis require a core. Failure to send us a core will result in a non-refundable core charge fee of $100 per week that the core is late. You are responsible for sending the core in 1 week after you receive the part. We will not refund the money for the late fees under any circumstances. If you send us a core that is non-serviceable, there will be a core charge fee in order to fix or replace the part that is non-serviceable. Should this happen, and you want the part back, you will pay for the shipping back to you. It is your job to inform us of any deficiencies in the core before you send it to us, in order to prevent the above from happening. In addition we are not liable for ANY extra parts left on your core. Should you leave extra parts on your core, we will charge you the removal fee for the parts, and we will NOT RETURN THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It is your responsibility to read the instructions and follow them accordingly, we are not liable for your mistakes, or for your failure to read instructions. |
Please send the form below with your part so we are able to identify who sent us the part, and how we are able to contact them. If you do not put the form in, we will not be able to contact you in regards to your part. If we are not able to contact you in regards to the part, it will delay the process of getting the part back to you. If you do fail to provide us with a contact form, and we do have to find a way of contacting you, whether it be from our efforts or from you calling about the status of your part, there will be an extra 100 non-refundable dollar surcharge for the time and effort involved. We will not be liable for anything if you do not provide us with a contact form.
Cores are considered non-serviceable if any of the following conditions are met:
- Cracked or damaged aluminum on cores, requiring replacement or additional processing before rebuilding can occur.
- Missing Parts.
- Aftermarket or Modified Parts.
- Extensive damage that prohibits reasonable rebuilding.
When sending in your cylinders, please remove everything from the cylinder jug. This includes bolts, gaskets, valves, head, head covers, and so on. Please only send us the bare cylinder itself. Anything else left on the cylinder will be subject to removal fees from the above.
