Why is my credit card being declined?
If you are attempting to use a credit card that has a billing address out of the US, then your card is going to be declined. We currently do not accept credit cards from outside of the United States. This is due to issues of credit card fraud.
Do you take International Orders?
Yes, we do, however we will not accept credit card payments for International Orders. If you wish to purchase from us, you must send a money order, or a bank transfer. Please contact us via email at sales@newjetskiparts.com or at 727.328.8733 for more information.
Do you take Money Orders or Checks in the US?
Yes we do. When you send in a money order or check, please include a list of all the parts you require, and what year, make, model, and engine size. Please include this list with the check or money order so we will have knowledge of what you want. Do not just send us a money order or check without any information, and automatically expect us to know what you want. Items ordered by check will take longer a little longer as we have to wait for the check to clear, before we can send out your parts.
